Spotlight School of Dance

🎭 Musical Theatre is dance plus storytelling. A fun at home idea, choose a feeling, happy, brave, surprised, then make a pose that matches. Add two simple steps and you have a tiny performance.

🩰 Ballet brings that tall, calm confidence. Try this in the mirror, stand proud, shoulders relaxed, chin level, and imagine a string gently lifting your head. Hold for 10 seconds, then walk like that across the room.

👟 Street dance is perfect for summer energy.
Quick tip, pick just 3 moves, a step, a bounce, and a pose, then repeat them to the beat. It helps with timing and confidence, and it is seriously fun.
