We are holding a Kick-a-thon in the day where we will do as many kicks as possible in 1 hour!
Then in the evening we will host a quiz night with pro quizzers The Clark Family prepping the questions

Finding A Cure For Our Little Lexi Our Little Lexi has been diagnosed with the currently incurable disease, FOP. We are raising funds for research to help save Lexi's Life.

Our squad coach and assistant instructor Mr Smith Jnr will be competing in the WKU Kickboxing World Championships in Spain in October. Unfortunately without a sponsor it is very difficult for him to fund himself as he has only just finished Univeristy. If anybody is able to help with his funding it would be greatly appreciated.

Squad training
Sunday 12th April
Adeyfield community centre
12:00-2:30
This will be a tough session aimed at fitness and sparring.
The first half hour will be running/sprints around the field so please come dressed for running
The session is £5

You will need:
-Kickboxing or TKD trousers
-2 t shirts
-Shorts or joggers you can run in
-Running/comfortable shoes
-Full sparring gear
-Lots of water
