Founded in 2014, Boxmoor Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the perfect place to begin or continue your martial arts journey. Our fully-equipped facility includes a large matted training space, weights and cardio gym, seated viewing area, showers, sauna, toilets, and male and female changing rooms.

An amazing day in Barcelona when Louise Cox was promoted to BJJ Black belt 26.04.2026 after a career spanning 10 years of training, teaching and competing.
We are very proud to have Louise as our first ever female Black belt. Louise is a great role model not only to all the women in the gym, but to everyone on the mats. Congratulations from everyone at the academy on your achievement.

Congratulations to Pete Alford on his promotion to BJJ Brown belt 16.1.26 after 12 yrs hard training. He teaches early morning classes here at Boxmoor and is always in top shape being an ex paratrooper. Well done from everyone at the gym.

Congratulations to long-time member Ian Tuhey who was awarded his first degree black belt today by Boxmoor head coach Daniel Cox and Professor David Onuma, head of CFS BJJ.
