Dance & Fitsteps Classes started in January 2017 in Hemel Hempstead.
1 hour of fun, energetic and friendly sessions. Fitsteps is dance fitness from the 'Strictly' professionals that combines Latin & Ballrom steps in an effective way to keep fit! Seated SOSA is a chair-based Dance Fitness programme; low impact, great fun, upbeat music for all ages. Adult Tap Dance is suitable for those with experience/intermediate level. Learn a variety of routines and steps to an assortment of songs!

⭐️We’re excited to announce we have almost cast our principal line up for our next show ‘Curtains’. However, we are looking to cast our final male role ‘Bobby Pepper’. ⭐️
“Bobby is the choreographer and lead dancer. He is a strong singer and dances well.” 🎶

My Seated SOSA Dance Fitness is a great way to move and keep fit, for those who want lower impact - we still work hard 💪🏼and have fun 🎩🪇 All ages & abilities welcome.
Social with tea/coffee (and nibbles today!) afterwards ☕️ 👯‍♀️

Do what you love and it doesn’t feel like work! 💃🏼 🎵 👣 🥰 🌟

These classes take years to build up, keep regular participants and make sure the choreography and teaching 🤞🏻 is good enough for them to continue coming! It’s also a real social for lots of people.

All of my groups are so lovely, full of fun, laughter and good vibes! Thank you all. (Must take more pics soon)

Sunnyside Rural Trust Art Fair on Saturday 28th October

There will be over 25 local artists, crafters and bakers there as well, along with a poetry workshop, crafts for kids, live music, and the great farmshop & cafe. 🍰 ☕️ 🎶

Lauren is the daughter of one of my Fitsteps ladies; she will be there selling her jewellery, fundraising for her conservation trip to Costa Rica in 2025. 🌍
