Simple as that! Won’t take you long at all but you need to go 100% for the 20 seconds you’re working!

Been using up our daily hour of exercise to get out and run/walk. My head gets all fuzzy if I don’t get air. You might not fancy it at first but it’s nice when you get out trust me. Cait’s wearing a looooooovely NoahJonesPT jacket which makes it better...
CHALLENGE 4
PRESS UPS
As many press ups as you can do in 30 seconds!
It’s tough keeping the form when you’re going for it, as you can see! What you want to try and do is make sure there is a toilet rolls (I know, topical) distance between you and the floor and on the way up you lock out your arms.
I got 35 here on my first attempt, the world record is 50, so I’ve got quite a way to go lol.

Start in a low plank, whilst holding a strong body position move from your elbows onto your hands and back down to your elbows again.
Hand, Hand, Elbow, Elbow COUNTS AS 1 REP!
Do as many as you can until you can’t do any more!

It’s been a while! My body has not been kind to me recently - existing knee issues, elbow playing up and wrist feeling weak has put me out of training for the past couple weeks. I’ve tried to listen to my body this time as I never do, it’s just frustrating that it had to happen in the middle of a 70 day challenge. Today was my first day back in the gym and It felt good, it’s far from ideal but I will just hit the second half of this challenge hard and give it everything. We back baby!
STRIPPER CHALLENGE!
It’s getting hot in here...me and had to give this one a go. Take your jumper off and put it back on again whilst in a high plank. Yes I lost this but I’ve got to give the boy something every now and again
BALL SLAM BURPEES. - No explanation needed, throw that ball and move that body...although, make sure the ball is at your chest and not your crotch because on reflection it does look weird😂
