Tea and cake at LifeStyle this morning to celebrate Christmas and celebrate the years we have served our happy members! ☕🍰

We'll be closed for the Christmas period and renovations from Monday 22 December 2014. We re-open at 8 AM on 5th January 2015 as Healthy U Gym.
Open day will be Sat 10th at 11am - 2pm where you can take a look at our new facilities and enjoy nibble and refreshments.
Again, a massive thank you to our members who have supported us over the last 5 years!

Due to the decrease in members and alternative cheaper gyms in the local area opening up we regret that Lifestyle Studios will be closing on 21st December. We will be reopening as a ladies only centre in January.
The team at Lifestyle Studios can understand members frustration and apologise for any inconvenience this will cause, but it is no longer financial viable to run the gym as it stands. We hope our members can appreciate the difficult position this has put us in.
We would like to say a big thank you to all of our members for the support they have given us over the last 5 years. Please understand this decision was not taken lightly, but our financial situation has forced us to take action.
If anyone would like to discuss this further please contact Lifestyle Studios Gym and speak to a member of the management team.
Lifestyle Studios wish all the best to its members in the future and invites its female members to attend an open day to see the changes we have made.

If anyone is interested I'm starting a free circuit class in the gym 9:30am every thursday.
We tried it out today and it was very successful.
30-45mins of cardio, free weights and body weight exercises.
Its simple, fast and effective.

I train them hard, they reward me with cake!
Our lovely gym members look after the staff at LifeStyle.
