🏇 Wellington International Horse Trials, here we come!

We’re packing up the Erreplus stand and heading to Hampshire for Wellington International Horse Trials & Country Fair, 29th - 31st August – and we’re bringing plenty with us!

If you’ve been curious about Erreplus, this is your chance to come and explore the range properly. We’ll have Erreplus saddles and accessories on the stand, with the team on hand to talk through the different models, answer your questions and chat all things saddle fitting.

And when you’ve finished talking saddles with us, there’s plenty happening around the event too – from international eventing up to 3* level to falconry, hound parades, fun dog shows, live music and lots for the kids.

Basically, you could lose an entire day there. Easily. 😆

How do you stay present through pressure and challenging experiences?

Is there a mismatch between how things feel when training at home and how they feel at a show?

Would you like to come away from these experiences feeling more present and connected, rather than overwhelmed and simply relieved that they are over?

Join Kat from Wellness Pathways at Millie McBride Dressage for a supportive outdoor session exploring how the body, mind and nervous system respond to pressure, challenge and uncertainty, both in everyday riding and in competitive environments.

When pressure begins to build, the body may tighten, the breath can become shallow and thoughts can start to race. This can affect confidence, communication and the ability to stay connected with your horse, whether you are riding at home, warming up at a show or entering the arena.

Through yoga-based movement, body awareness, breathwork and meditation, the session will help you:

•Notice how pressure and tension show up in your body

•Move and stretch areas that commonly hold tension when riding

•Use the breath as an anchor, both on the ground and in the saddle

•Develop practical tools to feel more grounded and present while riding, creating better connection and harmony

•Build greater capacity for those more challenging experiences

•Better understand the connection between your nervous system and your horse’s.

Kat and Millie have worked together for the past six years and continue to explore the powerful interconnection between rider and horse-how our bodies and minds influence our horses, and how they influence us in return.

The session will take place outside at the beautiful Millie McBride Dressage venue, surrounded by nature and offering the ideal setting to slow down, reconnect and build greater awareness.

No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
