🧘🏼‍♀️ ✌🏼 In Sync Yoga ✌🏼 🧘🏼‍♀️

Come and join us for a 1-Hour Equestrian Yoga Session with Kat this Friday 1st May at 12.30!

This 1-hour equestrian yoga session is to help build a deeper awareness of the body and mind, and explore how this can positively influence the connection between human and horse, both on the ground and in the saddle.

The session will include movement, breathwork, and meditation. Through gentle movement, it will help to release tightness and tension in key areas of the body that often is felt in the saddle. Breathwork and meditation are powerful tools that can help create more presence, calm, and grounding - all of which are so valuable when working with our horses.

Kat has been helping equestrians for the last 5 years through her work as a yoga teacher and wellness coach. Through her own experience, and the relationship with her horse Norman, she has felt deeply how where she is physically, mentally, and emotionally at any given moment affects the connection she has with him. She has gone on to work with equestrians, including Millie, to share these insights and tools.

Our nervous system and our horse’s nervous system regulate in response to one another, so the more aware we are of our own internal state, the more aware we can become of what our horse may be communicating. Sometimes this is obvious, and at other times it is much more subtle. Slowing down and becoming more present helps us to notice the quieter signals - the whispers our horses need us to hear.

This session will be held outside, allowing space to connect with nature, which can support a deeper sense of grounding, calm, and connection.
