We are taking a short hiatus from our face to face classes. This is a chance to reset, develop our future programme to offer more and plan lots of opportunities for our return!
• Movement in the meantime •
Keep your eyes peeled, as we will be launching various avenues to allow our gymnasts to maintain their strength, flexibility and further develop the basics in preparation for classes returning.
This will include 1-2-1 zoom sessions, structured videos and access to plans (that are safe to do at home, with safety considerations detailed for parents also)
In addition, we are aiming to run a series of zoom workshops - each with a focus area over a period of a few weeks! These will be open to all, not just current Auldridge gymnasts!
