Kids Friday 15/5/26,19/5/26, 22/5/26, 26/5/26 and 27/5/26

All other classes are on as “Normal”

Please note that due to half term on the 21/2/26, Saturdays three classes (Street Defence, Kick Boxing & Krav Maga) will be rolled into one 9.30-11.am.
The cost is normal lesson fee.
So, get along and get 1/2 an hour free.

Kubaton Workshop

Cost; £40 snr £25 jnr
Reduction of £5 for pay monthly.
This workshop is open to anyone that is interested in personal safety and protecting family or friends.
No martial arts knowledge or fitness is required.
Areas covered:
Defence.
Attack.
Strike Areas.
Multiple Attacks.
Protecting Third Party.
Relationship to the Law.
Environment and Body Positioning.
What, Why, How and When??
Plus a Q and A section.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to effectively apply and determine the most suitable outcome to an aggressive confrontation.

Good Afternoon
Just a quick reminder that the Wednesday and Friday kids classes will not be on over the school holidays.
(We do this every year).
They will return in September date to be confirmed.
If you would like to carry on training you are more than welcome to attend the Tuesday 4.30-5.30pm class.
Over the holiday break this will be a mixed session, open to all.

Polite reminder on requirements for a Streetwise grading.
1. Valid up to date Streetwise licence.
2. Fully completed grading form.
3. Full Streetwise uniform ( sweat shirt, tee shirt and trousers.
4. Completed Streetwise Grading book. ( student details filled in dated and signed, photo, all required techniques signed, all required attendance boxes signed and name on back of book.
5. All necessary equipment required for completion of grade.
