The subject of twisty grip can be a touchy subject 😬 so here’s my take on it…

Am I saying you should never do it…? No. But it you definitely not be your first port of call… and if you’re hyper mobile please fully understand the mechanics involved before learning this. Again I’m not saying you should never do it, it’s just important to understand what’s happening to your shoulders and if you have the strength available yet.

And yes…. Before anyone says anything I KNOW IT FEELS EASIER - but it still should not be your first handspring.

Did you know to invert on the pole there are two main techniques that can be used? Most people prefer one over the other and it definitely depends on you.
