🌟GETTING INSPIRED 🌟

Homeward bound after a wonderful 2 days in the capital!

Treated to a night at the Internationals at the Royal Albert hall was just what I needed ahead of a busy working weekend.

Being in a room of 5000 Ballroom and Latin dance enthusiasts, icons and world champions was so inspiring ❤️

The energy, artistry, athleticism was unbelievable. You’ll see me in class tomorrow with an extra spring in my step ! 🙌🙌

So grateful to spend time with these 2 NSOD legends ❤️❤️❤️ 20 years together!

🌟SENIOR SHOUT OUT 🌟

We have so much love, respect and appreciation for our sensational seniors.

They show up, they work hard, they have fun and they thrive! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I find the pressure on our teens as a culture really challenging and here at NSOD we work collaboratively to support young people to……

✅ Feel part of a likeminded community.

✅ Practice discipline and respect for themselves and others.

✅ Nurture the skills to build resilience and overcome set backs.

✅ Grow in confidence and achieve their individual best!

Let us be their anchor and safe space they can come back to every week ❤️

We’re teaching in 2026 it’s time to say good bye to toxicity in the dance industry and form relationships based on mutual respect.

Could the values and ethos of WHERE your children learn to dance be more important than the actual dancing ???
