In just over 2 weeks time we will be gathering at the lovely Black Mountain Barns for a day of rest, rejuvenation, release and relaxation!

This day is created to enhance self care by slowing down, soothing the soul and focusing on our own needs. Sometimes our needs are last when we are taking care of everything and everyone else, so this is a return to self, practicing the beautiful empowering Womb Yoga method, alongside the more gentle restorative poses of Hatha Yoga.

Come as you are and enjoy a day of connection, surrounded by beautiful countryside. All teas, homemade treats and lunch are included.

Tuesday at St John’s Methodist Church
6.30-7.30pm
A Hatha yoga session suitable for all, no need to have prior experience

Thursday at Clear Space Studios
9.45-11am
A women’s only session for self care, inner connection, community and support. Gentle fluid movements and deep rest.
Please book your space.

£10 per class

All other availability is for private tuition.
