☀️ Despite the heat this week, we’ve still been out in the community delivering sessions that create safe spaces for people to connect, talk and feel supported.
What we see time and time again is that it’s often the small moments that matter most…
💬 A quick chat
👂 Someone taking the time to listen
🤝 Feeling part of something
Those moments help people feel seen, valued and less alone.
Through sport, we’re creating spaces where those conversations can happen naturally, where people can show up as themselves and know someone’s there.
💚 That’s where real change begins.

Stress Awareness Month might be ending, but the conversation shouldn’t stop.
Looking after your mental wellbeing is something we should focus on every day, not just for one month. Small actions like taking breaks, staying active, talking to others and setting boundaries can make a big difference over time.
Prioritising your mental fitness helps you stay balanced, resilient and better able to handle life’s challenges.
What’s one thing you do to support your wellbeing when things feel stressful? 💙

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for the Lew Vale Cup Final last night between one of our Herne Bay Junior teams and Chestfield Warriors – what a fantastic evening of table tennis!
It was a thoroughly enjoyable event, with some brilliant matches and rallies throughout. The final couldn’t have been closer, going right down to the wire and making for a really exciting finish.
A big thank you to the winners Chestfield Warriors for a great match played in such a positive spirit – a real credit to the game.
We’d also like to thank everyone who helped organise and run the evening, including scoring and support behind the scenes.
It was a pleasure to host, and we’re so pleased it was enjoyed by all.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported our very first fundraising Quiz Night on Saturday! 🎉
We had a fantastic turnout, a great atmosphere, and lots of laughter throughout the evening. It was wonderful to see so many people there enjoying themselves and supporting the club.
Thank you to everyone who helped organise, set up, sell tickets, run the raffle, and clear away – we couldn’t do it without you.
We’re already looking forward to the next one! 👏
