Just back from a brilliant yoga retreat in France which was everything I had hoped and more. Pausing busy lives, breathing, appreciating nature, eating delicious food, spending time with beautiful souls, laughing and loving every second of the yoga and meditation practices. 🥰🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻
