PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND HEAD SUPPORT (small cushion, pilates block, rolled up towel)
Classes run in 5 week courses, flexible with days if you cannot attend your usual class. PAYG classes available if you cannot commit to the term or for one off sessions. Addresses:

We’re offering FREE padel sessions for mums and daughters in the Cobham area! 🎾

Last year, showed the joy, fun and connection that sport can bring to mums, daughters, and mother figures. This year, we’re looking to encourage mums to step into their daughters’ worlds, creating moments that build confidence, boost mental wellbeing, and spark bonds that last a lifetime. 🌟

This isn’t yoga with candles. Men on Mats is straight-up core work, mobility drills, and stretch sessions that hit where you’re weakest — and make you stronger for it.
