Savasana isn’t “just lying down.”

Those 10 minutes at the end of every class are a chance to slow down, release, rest and become more aware of what’s happening within you. 🧘‍♀️

If you’re thinking of joining yoga for more than just the physical practice, my classes are for you. We explore not only how the body moves, but how we respond — noticing our thoughts, our reactions and becoming more aware of how we respond to the challenges of life.

Because yoga isn’t just about what happens on the mat… it’s about what we notice, learn and take with us off the mat too. 🤍

✨ Come and experience it for yourself.

✨ INTRODUCTORY OFFER: FIRST 10 MASSAGES AT JUST £45 ✨

Have you ever wondered what happens in your body when you experience the beautiful vibrations of a Tibetan singing bowl? 🕉️✨

During a sound massage, the singing bowl is placed on and around the body and gently played, creating soothing tones and vibrations that you can hear, feel and experience throughout your body.

The vibrations create a beautiful sensation of movement and resonance, while the sound can help you slow down, switch off from the outside world and settle into a deeply relaxing experience. 🌿

And just look at the water in the bowl… 💧
As the sound builds, you can see the vibrations creating ripples and movement — a visual reminder of the power of sound and vibration.

Sound massage is such a unique experience — something you really have to feel for yourself. 🤍

✨ And just like that… we’re back! 🧘‍♀️🤍

After a lovely six-week summer break, it was so wonderful to welcome everyone back to the mat this week — familiar faces, lots of my long-standing yogis returning, and some lovely new faces joining us too. 🥰

Last night’s class felt like the perfect way to ease back in: gentle, grounding and giving our bodies a chance to remember just how good it feels to move, breathe and simply be.

I’m so grateful to each and every one of you who continues to show up and share this space with me. 💫

We’re back, and you’re always welcome. Drop in whenever you can, or if you’ve been thinking about starting yoga and would like to know more, just send me a message — I’d love to hear from you. 🌿
