Great morning out on the bike yesterday in the sunshine with Dan.

Unfortunately Dan wasn't feeling good and then had a puncture we couldn't fix. Big thanks to the guys at in Shotton for sorting out his tyre and getting us back on the road 🙏

First open water swim of the year.
Only short and a chilly one that was at least a month earlier and several degrees colder than I'd usually go in but felt the need to get going again.

Exciting news for Wirral runners.

We are made up and extremely proud to announce that we have secured the date and acceptance with the local council to stage the first Wirral marathon since 5th June 1985… almost 40 years to the very day… hats off to all those involved with this … time to get training 🏃🏃‍♀️

Fabulous evening out in wonderful company celebrating 's birthday and ticking another off his Do Before 50 list.

Great concert by Paul Heaton and doing it from a private box is definitely the way to do it.

First proper run / swim local adventure taking in a long swim around the Perch by the lighthouse around towards the Eggy Ferry with a solid group.

Oh how I miss lockdown PT sessions, usually spent looking at a variety of ceilings and not being able to see a thing my clients were doing 🤣

A very different swim today compared to the choppy water on Saturday. It was lovely and calm today making it a great start to the day despite the temperature having dropped a bit back down to 13.6. Cool but nice.

Nice ride out this afternoon with taking advantage of some free time and the lovely sunshine 😎☀️

Went via Birkenhead Park to see Gaia on it's final day there.

Shame not everyone was enjoying their day as much as we were, especially the nice man in the BMW who just wanted to give us abuse.

Always amazes me how angry people get at cyclists when it doesn't impact them at all 🤷‍♂️. Mental.
