🫟 Clarty Bairns 2026 🫟

We took to our Clarty Bairns challenge this morning and the team had an amazing time! They threw themselves into the obstacles, cheered each other on and had the best time!

6 days to go until the team are taking on Clarty Bairns! A muddy, 3km obstacle course which will see them climb and crawl their way through a variety of challenges before finishing off launching themselves down a 75m water slide!

Lazio were back to training tonight and had a friendly planned to continue their pre-season efforts. The lads were absolutely on fire and showed us exactly what they are capable of with some fantastic link up play throughout the game.

We had a variety of goals scored from open play as well as some tremendous defensive work and goals saved, but what impressed us the most was the positive attitude and communication across the pitch. From the front to the back the lads worked hard to encourage and talk to each other and that led to some fantastic team work!

Well done lads, tremendous effort and some lovely football to watch 💛💙

Help Hetton Juniors Lazio U12 Survive the Mud!

What could possibly go wrong?

Our Hetton Juniors Lazio U12 squad are swapping football boots for mud as they take on the Northumberland Clarty Bairns Trail!

They'll be climbing, crawling, splashing, sliding and getting absolutely caked in mud before taking on the grand finale—a 75-metre water slide! There'll be plenty of laughs, aching muscles and probably a few very muddy parents too.

We're taking on this challenge to raise money for our team, helping to fund equipment, training and opportunities for all of our players to keep doing what they love.

Every donation, big or small, helps us support the team in the 26/27 season and we would be incredibly grateful of your support.
