It is extremely disappointing that I have to issue this message to all club members. I need to make it absolutely clear that verbal abuse of any member of our coaching team is completely unacceptable.

If you have concerns about the performance or conduct of a coaching team member, you must raise them with the Chair. What you cannot do is approach a coaching team member and deliver a public dressing‑down. This behaviour will not be tolerated and it goes against the standards we and Swim England expect from every parent, swimmer, and volunteer in this club.

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for our coaching team and our swimmers. We require all parents to uphold that standard.
