AS SEEN IN MEN’S HEALTH!

The hardest part is starting.

Maybe you’ve been wanting to start for a while but worried you won’t know what you’re doing. Maybe the movements you see in the week ahead are completely new to you, and that makes you nervous or makes you feel like you have to “get fit” before you jump in.

That’s normal. But that’s exactly what this course is for.

Across 4 sessions with our head coach and Owner Matty, we will slow things down and take you through some of the key movements you can expect to see in our classes. You’ll learn how to do them safely, and confidently so you can get stuck in without the worry.

Our next beginners intake will September. Follow the link in our bio to be one of the first to find out more & join our beginners list.

These spots are expected to fill fast as we keep the group size much smaller than our classes to ensure you get as much time with the coach as possible.
