Do I even need to say anything? These photos speak for themselves.
When first came to me, she didn’t even want to take that first check-in photo, but I’m so glad she did.
Looking back, Katie’s transformation has been incredible. Not only has she changed physically, but mentally too. The woman who once avoided looking at herself in the mirror is now confident, happy, and is toying with the idea of taking part in a photoshootÂ
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. It’s been about building confidence, self-belief, and creating a healthier, happier version of herself. Katie thought she had done all the diets, but the ac coaching method has proved that you don’t need to do a fad diet to get results. Just routine , structure & accountability will get you there.Â
