Sorry anybody planning to just turn up tonight, but all of the regular students were unavailable so the session is cancelled.

Time for a quiet night in with a mug of hot chocolate and a Bruce Lee movie.

It's Thursday so it's Kempo. Anybody who'd like to join us to learn some Kempo Jiu Jitsu this evening, and is aged 14 or over is extremely welcome this evening Chesham Youth Centre, at 7:45.

Sadly no training tonight, but here's the programme up to December.

Just reminding everybody - training's tonight at the park at Watermeadow.

Wear loose clothes, trainers, no jewellery, bring a bottle of water.

And really importantly - it's at 7-8:30. not the usual time and place.
