One pair for learning the basics.
One for making some noise.
One for going up on pointe.
One for everything in between.

Every pair has its own purpose and every pair has probably seen a LOT of dance classes!

How many different dance shoes have you owned over the years? 👀

Today is World Mental Health Day. ❤️

A little reminder that it's okay not to feel okay all of the time.

Sometimes you need to talk. Sometimes you need a break. Sometimes you just need to do something that makes you happy.

For our dancers, we hope Medley can be a place where they can come along, be themselves, spend time with friends and enjoy doing something they love.

And if you're having a difficult time, please talk to someone you trust and don't feel like you have to deal with everything on your own.

Sending a little extra kindness to anyone who needs it today. ❤️

Every dance style has that personality… 😂
The perfectionist. The loud one.The cool one.The dramatic one.The one who is permanently upside down.
Okay, dancers… which one are you? 👀

Starting a new class can be a big step for a little one.

Some children will run straight in. Some will need a little more time. Some will cry, some will cling to Mum or Dad and some will surprise you by walking in like they’ve been coming for years!

Our Teeny classes are about giving them the time, encouragement and support to find their confidence in their own way.

And those little moments when they suddenly join in, remember something from last week or proudly show you what they’ve learned?

They’re pretty special. ❤️

To all our Teeny Medley parents, we see those little steps and we’re so proud of them.
