Everyone finds certain exercises (or exercise in general) difficult!
Lots of people find it hard to keep their nutrition in line with their goals!
It's normal to struggle!
But giving up... you can do something about that!

***Trainer Spotlight***
This week, TFE Head Coach, James from TFE Basingstoke.
What is your most hated 'myth' in fitness/health?
There are so many, but generally anything that claims to be 'THE' answer! Any diet or type of exercise that claims to be the only way to get a result, and worse, the people who push these things on everyone whether its right for that person or not!
What are your training for at the moment?
I've decided this year to see if I can hit the same standards of fitness I did when I was in the Army, so run times, weighted marches and pull ups/press ups etc
What excites you about the fitness industry/your career/TFE right now?
The fitness industry exciting because people are getting better educated on fitness and nutrition, meaning the bad coaches who blag it are having to disappear from the industry and people are getting better results! Very excited for where TFE is going within the industry too, and proud to be at the forefront of it!
If you had one piece of advice to give someone who is either struggling to start or struggling to keep going, what would it be?
Take the first step. It doesn't matter what level you are at, it doesn't matter what other people can do, you just need to work every time to improve on what you did last time and you'll get there!

TRAINER SPOTLIGHT
Time for another instalment of our Trainer Spotlight series!
This week I caught up with TFE Harwell Trainer Ashley Thomas!
Q - Ash, what did you have for breakfast this morning?
A - Nothing... so far!
Q - What is your favourite and least favourite exercise?
A - Anything bodyweight I love, especially pull ups. Least favourite would have to be lunges, no matter what they always seem to burn for me!
Q - What's an interesting fact about you that we may not know?
A - I can hold a freestanding handstand for about 10 mins - dare you to challenge me (EDIT - He may not have actually said this, but I'd like to see people doing it!!)
Q - What's your favourite thing about working at TFE?
A - The sense of community and team work is amazing, it's great to be part of something like this.
Q - Whats your fitness motto?
A - If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward

TRAINER SPOTLIGHT
Returning back to our feature on our TFE trainers, this week we caught up with High Wycombe's latest trainer to join us, Claire Turner. Here's what she had to say:
Q What did you have for breakfast this morning?
CT - I had one soft boiled egg on brown seeded toast with spinach!
Q - What is your favourite and least favourite exercise?
CT - My favourite exercise would have to be a deadlift! (Watch out for me in build and burn!!) of course my least favourite exercise is the dreaded burpee!!
Q - What is the best part about working at The Fitness Experts
CT - It's got to be the team spirit in all the members and the trainers, it's great to be a part of.
Q - Can you tell us an interesting fact that we won't know about you?
CT - I was actually born in Hong Kong!
Q - Finally, what is your favourite fitness motto?
CT - Always try something new and keep it interesting!!
