This Sunday, 5-6pm as part of the Dowley UP! Festival, Yin Yang Gong and First Yoga have been invited to do a Yoga and Gong session in the Marquee on Downley Common. Families, partners, kids are welcome and no experience of Yoga is necessary. We'll also give everyone an opportunity to try the sound healing instruments we use. Following the popular Summer then Winter Solstice events, we’re very excited to announce our Spring Solstice Candlelight Restorative Yoga and Gong Bath at The Downley Diner on Sunday 20th March with the lovely Yin Yang Gong girls.
