Hi, I’m Emily.

I’m a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, and Pre & Postnatal Specialist.

My passion is helping women feel strong, confident and supported through every stage of life.

Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, rebuilding after having children, managing the changes that come with menopause, or simply wanting to feel healthier and stronger, I’m here to guide you.

I believe fitness should work with your body, not against it.

That’s why I combine strength training, yoga, Pilates, mobility and lifestyle support to create a completely personalised approach for every client.

My private home studio provides a calm, welcoming space where women can focus on themselves without the pressure or intimidation of a busy gym.

You don’t need to be fitter before you start.

✨ Meet Tara ✨

When Tara joined STRONG Mums, she was:

➡️ Busy juggling work and family life
➡️ Preparing to return to work after maternity leave
➡️ Constantly exhausted and struggling to find time for herself

Like so many mums, she knew she wanted to feel stronger and have more energy, but didn’t know where to start.

This photo was taken after her first workout in years. Her message to me:
