Hi Everyone, Brandon Tester here. I hope you are all well. As some of you may have heard, Bucks Men’s Rugby sadly lost one of their own. Obafemi ‘Femi’ Ogunde.
This man left a massive impression on us, kindhearted, unique and will always be cherished.
We are going to be putting on a Bucks Men’s Rugby v Marlow memorial game on the 29th May, Wednesday with a look to kick off at 7pm. We have had the families blessing to go ahead with this, and they are looking to attend if possible.
It would be great to show them how much the Rugby community cares for one of their own.
Myself and the lads want to invite as many of you down to get involved by spectating or playing, we understand it is a week night so availability may be a little thin.
If you are wanting to get your boots on then please drop me a message on 07407466712 - WhatsApp/Text etc.
If you are wanting to spectate then please come along and show your support and if you are unable to, then please consider making a small donation which will be going to Femi’s family for funeral costs.

Good Evening my old fellas,
We are looking to bring back the boys for Festiball on the Friday 5th and 6th May. Two socials and one game against the fresh bloods at Marlow. They’re up for it so let’s show them how it’s really done.
Comment so I can compile a list - get booking the weekend off ladies. More information will be provided once I get an interest from yous.
Love from your current VPEW, Brandon Tester

Chaps,
Hope we’re all doing delightfully well.
Had a message from the current President regarding an old boys weekend 13th-15th May with the game taking place on 14th.
Please comment below if keen/available and we can start to get an idea for numbers.

Hi Chaps,
Festiball and the Old Boys game is going to be over the first May Bank Holiday next year (8th/9th/10th). The one that the Government has moved from the Monday to the Friday.
So we are thinking of playing the fixture on the Friday instead of Saturday.
Wanted to gauge opinion on that before a decision is made.
So let us know what you think.

So looks like next years old boys will also be Stu Kenney’s STAG DO. Many congratulations to you fella

Afternoon fellas.
Hope we're all well and looking forward to another incredible weekend! Good work on those who've already bought tickets. For those that ahven't, there's still an opportunity to do so but buy them quickly so we can get a better idea of numbers asap!
The plan of action for the weekend is follows
Friday
Dress code: S**t Shirts
Meet time: 7pm
Venue: The Three Tuns (this is a CASH ONLY bar so you'll need to ensure you bring cash to pay for your cheap pints)
From here, we'll work our way around the delights of Wycombe before descending on the Students' Union.
I will bring everybodys festiball wristbands with me on the Friday so it's key to meet here before I get too over excited and sh*tfaced and potentially lose them.
Saturday
Meet at High Wycombe Rugby Club at noon sharp. Kick off will be at 13:00 and we'll play 4 x 20min quarters.
You'll need a white shirt, your bucks tie and jeans to wear after the game so we all look sharp before we get probably wankered and ruin it all.
We'll mill in and around the changing rooms for a bit after but there's a first aid course and the ladies presentation night taking place that day/evening so ideally we'll need to get away plus the Champions Cup final is on at 5pm so we should get involved watching that.
So we'll get away from the club by no later than 4pm and head to The Three Tuns (CASH ONLY) to watch the game there. People can grab food from various food outlets in and around this area but all need to be sat down at 5 for the game. From there, we'll head to our favourite watering hole at this time of year, The Rose and Crown and spend some time there to ensure they stay open for at least another year.
Look forward to seeing some old faces and sharing stories again.
See you all on Friday!
