Got a little practice in today for the upcoming workshop.

To be completely honest, it has been hard moving this postpartum body of mine, especially in heels! Almost 10 years since I last performed, just gotta get back into the swing of things!

I'm holding a safe space for myself and for anyone else who needs it to come and be free, move their body and have fun while doing it!
