Ride out to Sencelles with Zu as my guide ,quiet roads, local cycle club rides but not so many tourists 🤔 maybe I was up to early 🤣

First ride, looks idyllic , but went too hard, it was too hot and I struggled through this one mostly the footage is from the first and last few km , a shady bit enroute (known locally as the refrigerator 😊) and out little@lunch stop in Alcudia looking at boats 🙄

Trying to beat the rain 😆 still had time to visit the emu’s and alpacas. Bumped in friends enroute and (almost) got home without getting wet 🤣

My legs are almost as cooked as some of the landscape around here. Friendly firefighters out and about keeping us safe, cycling through a smouldering moor is a bit surreal (don’t worry firefighters said it was ok to take that route)

Last minute trip to Brecon, never cycled here before and haven’t visited this area for more than 30yrs - well, it may not be sunny but the landscape is amazing 😍 the roads are quiet , the breeze is warm and my legs are well and truly cooked 😳 next challenge is to recover enough to walk 150yds to the pub for dinner 🤣
