Push, Pull, Legs is a great split for building muscle but then again so is an Upper, Lower split ๐ค๐ชโฃโฃ

I've not always been this happy with my body and fitness...โฃ

Through different periods of time, Iโve struggled for motivation and felt helpless, I've lived on diets of sausage rolls, chocolate and sandwiches, Iโve had periods of drinking alcohol 5 out of 7 nights a week...๐๐โฃ

When I have been at my lowest and out of shape, my focus was on losing 2 stone or getting a 6 pack, because it seemed such a far fetched outcome at the time I built up a fear to take action when instead I should have just focused on getting to the gym that day, getting my steps in for 3 days in a row, eating under my calories for a week, small attainable goals which will snowball overtime and get you where you need to be....โฃ

๐ถMoral of the story, if you know you need to improve your health and physique or you need to improve your relationship with exercise and fitness....
