When I have been at my lowest and out of shape, my focus was on losing 2 stone or getting a 6 pack, because it seemed such a far fetched outcome at the time I built up a fear to take action when instead I should have just focused on getting to the gym that day, getting my steps in for 3 days in a row, eating under my calories for a week, small attainable goals which will snowball overtime and get you where you need to be....โฃ
