Proof that you can lose the gut without giving up the things you enjoy 🍪🥃
Tony has been training with me since 2023. He first came to me wanting to improve his strength, flexibility and stability, and to perform better at karate 🥋
Since then, his confidence and ability have come on leaps and bounds. He trains hard four days a week, even at 77 years old, after dealing with a heart attack and other health challenges in the past.
Towards the end of last year, he decided to really dial things in with his diet. While he was making great progress in the gym and benefiting mentally, his snacking was holding his weight back.
So we focused on tracking calories and making smarter choices. Over the past couple of months, he has dropped the stubborn belly fat and has no plans to stop 🔥
It has been a real pleasure coaching Tony over the past couple of years, and I am grateful to have built a genuine friendship with him 🤝🏻

Roughly 6 months of progress from Mollie — so proud of her! 😊
When we first met, Mollie had been training for a few months but lacked structure and a clear understanding of how to execute exercises correctly.
Her goals were simple:
• Build confidence and knowledge in the gym

Fast forward 6 months, and she’s extremely consistent with her training, hitting PBs every week, and even gets requests to flex in front of her family on the regular 🤣

Massive shoutout to my amazing client Helen for smashing her first HYROX! 🙌🏻🔥
When Helen first started coming to my classes — and later began PT with me — I never imagined we’d end up training for something like this.
It quickly became clear that the word “can’t” simply isn’t in Helen’s vocabulary. She never lets physical limitations hold her back, and despite early mornings, setbacks, meals out, and holidays, she’s stayed focused on her training and nutrition to be in the best possible shape 💪🏻
I wish I’d captured more of the journey — but at 6 am, we were usually just waking up and waiting for the caffeine to kick in ☕️😂 I couldn’t be prouder of how far she’s come, and I can’t wait to see what she conquers next!

Sub-100 kg, fitter on the field, and building serious momentum in the gym — this client’s transformation speaks for itself 👏🏻
When we started back in April, he’d already been training for a few months but was struggling to make real progress. Like many, he found it tough to balance building muscle and losing fat — especially when it came to structuring his training and nutrition effectively.

The bicep flex says it all, Sally’s confidence has been completely transformed 📈
Over the last 7 months, Sally has lost a total of 7 kg, dropped body fat and gained muscle mass. This is the result of hard work, consistency and a positive work ethic.
Along with her work in the gym, she takes part in SGT sessions, gets stuck into PT challenges and has recently found a love for hiking ⛰️

After completing the foundation course it seemed right to do HYROX inspired SGT sessions this month 😆
We took stations from the race such as the SkiErg, sled push and burpee broad jumps and threw them into a circuit 🥵 look out for HYROX classes with myself on timetable soon ⏳

Incredible transformation here from Phoebe 🤯👏🏻

Hi, my names Joe and I’m the owner of JMA Fitness. I’ve been a qualified personal trainer for just under two years now and work out of . I started in the fitness industry working as a sports coach, before lockdown hit and I gained a substantial amount of weight.
This led to a decline in my mental and physical health, which forced me into the gym to make a change. I made a lot of mistakes along the way with training and nutrition, and this inspired me to get my coaching qualifications so I could help people in similar situations to what I was in.
