Great sparring class to finish off our Friday 🙏🏻 Brilliant atmosphere in the room as always and lots of positives to take away for some of our newer to sparring students

Huge to congratulations to Persephonie on her 4 Nations Muay Thai champion title today. First up was a K1 category where she got moved into advanced and took a silver medal 🥈 against a very strong girl but remained competitive until the end. She picked up an injury from this but was determined not to give up go for her preferred Muay Thai category. We had a very hard fought semi final against a strong girl who gave a great performance but Persephonie worked her range and kicks to her advantage and took the win. Next up was another strong girl in the finals who we knew would be determined from a previous interclub between them so it was all to play for. Persephonie managed to get some good low kicks landed and then took control with the clinch landing multiple knees and taking the win and the title🥇 I’m super proud of her today for her performances, picking herself up from a difficult K1 category to go on and win in Muay Thai. Well done to student on receiving his Brown Prajead from our last grading presented after our class last night in front of his peers. Zach brings a lot of personality to the club and is a constant supporter of everything we do while he has been working on his gradings consistently. Zach is an example that you can enjoy every minute of training while remaining true to the techniques. He’s now one step away from his black Prajead that he will be going for by the end of this year. Congratulations 🙏🏻

Well done to our students who graded today 🏆 It was great to see some of our students starting out their journey today alongside some of our senior grades getting closer to that finish line of black Prajead. As expected the standard was super high and I’m proud of everyone for their efforts today.
