Sauna update: still out of action, but we’re hoping to have it back up and running mid-week. We appreciate everyone’s patience with it, especially now the temperatures are starting to drop.

Thank you to everyone who keeps showing up and supporting this place week in, week out. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

Open until 9pm tonight, then 8am–3pm Saturday and Sunday.

Well done to everyone who got in this morning and has already trained. The dark mornings are really taking effect now, but there’s nothing quite like catching a sunrise mid workout.

Dark walks in, rain on the windows, that bit harder to get moving. Every year it catches people out and the gym gets quieter.

But some of you will be here every week regardless. Same as always. That's the whole thing really, not the big sessions, just the showing up.

The heatwave’s finally broken. A bit of rain never looked so good. 🌧️

Thank you to everyone who kept the standards up while it was 30 degrees in here, wiping down equipment, towels out, looking after the place when it would’ve been easy not to bother.

Genuinely, the gym has been spotless lately. Towels down, equipment wiped, everything put back where it belongs. It makes a difference and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you.

And a special mention to everyone who dragged themselves in Monday morning after that 4am finish against Mexico. England are through to the quarters and somehow you still made your session. We don’t know how, but we’re not complaining.

It’s 30° in the UK this week, which basically means we all forget how to function.

If you’re heading in for a session today, a few friendly reminders

- Hydrate (seriously)
- Don’t forget your towel
- Be that person who wipes down the bench
- No shame in adjusting the intensity
