The original weavers fc , are now Anchor Celtic, playing on the same pitch at swallows green . everyone welcome to come and train or support . great to have all you old boys back together again .

All players and staff would like to thank Kev and Ange at the Weavers Arms for their support of our football teams over the last 4 years, as the teams move to pastures new at the Flynns Bar. Kev has helped us keep our pitch on Barwell Lane when the cricketers initially didn't want football played there and showed us all how to cook sausage in so many ways Kamel Gebril wouldn't get bored of it, Thank you Ange for always making us feel welcome ,

Really good committee meeting last night chaps, a few changes from last year, matt lyne first team manager ill be assisting, matt round reserves manager, still looking for some one to help him, sam butler secretary dave roper treasurer , ed brown is updating the web site and creating new fb , pre season starts next weds at claredon park 7 pm, we will be meeting up flynns bar after training on sunday 22 nd to get everyone signed on and hand out all the trophies from last season, if you cant make it, we will bring forms to training, its £20 to sign on.

Its a shame to hear nkf has stripped the meat from the hinckley knight fc bones and tossed them to the side after only one season, as we know rigel does what he wants with total disregard to what happens to the mess he leaves, anything you lads need a hand with at the knight we will help where we can lads, : )
