Alex has had 2 sessions now ,and already his confidence has grown so much .. With sparring, It’s easy to get overwhelmed and hide in the corner, by having a good set of drills it’s so much easier enjoy sparring instead of just participating. Our main aim was for Alex to be moving around and being offensive so this is a huge step in him accomplishing his goals!! Next weeks goal is to make our combinations more fluid and natural and getting those kicks higher 🙂
