We will be kicking off the Throwdown with some fast and simple movements requiring team work and coordination.

Teams will split into 2 pairs and have 15 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible in and IGOUGO format:

▪️10 Calories Row & Ski (1 partner on each)
▪️15 Syncro Burpees
▪️20 Syncro DB Snatches

This simple workout will get tough quickly and will be a great test of work capacity!

What a year it’s been and HYROX has continued to grow like crazy!

More people have put their faith in me to help them prepare for their races.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with some amazing people, from all walks of life, most of which have no idea of their full potential.. but we are working on that.

There’s been so many highlights that I couldn’t possible name them all, but over the 25/26 season we’ve seen:

▪️PBs and podium spots.

▪️Countless people sign up and complete their first HYROX.

▪️Individuals partner up with people they’d have otherwise never met, raced together and become great friends.

▪️Kids stepping out of their comfort zone, breaking the mold and getting involved.

▪️People travel the world to race with or support their mates.

… but we’ve also seen setbacks, hurdles and adversity.
But never failure.

It’s been an amazing season and I’ve loved being a part of each of these peoples journeys.

Now we really get to work during the HYROX off season, working on weaknesses, overcoming any niggles and further enhancing the strength… as well as building towards other competitions such as ATHX, TRYKA, Deadly Dozen and Hybrid Games.

I’m currently at capacity for 121 clients (both face to face and online) but get in touch if you’d like to get on a waitlist or discuss working together in the future.
