I have been working in the hairdressing industry for 33years. I have been an educator for over 20 years and have been an insalon educator for 9 years. I have represented on stage Tony And Guy, Paul Mitchell and Tigi. From this I then became a Platform Artist for all 3 of these companys. After this I began to travel all over the world as a Global Artist for John Paul Mitchell Systems. I now use and recommend Paul Mitchells Luxurious products in my own salon. When I train in my own salon and in other salons all over the United Kingdom I use five different, unique and inspirational cutting systems, these systems are created and designed by Paul Mitchell, Tony and Guy, Remys and Vidal Sassoon along with my own cutting system designed by myself. When performing and training other qualified hairdressers and future professionals body positioning is a basic but vital skill, which I think is essential to know. Also Bones of the skull and hand positioning are also vital to know in hairdressing. I work very closely to North Warwickshire and Hinckley College, I organise and plan shows for the future professionals to give them a good idea of what they can do with their futures and to give them some knowledge about what hairdressing entails.
