Tonight's class at The Nest was hot. I was covering for the lovely Katy. A very hot fitness circuits. Thank you ladies for all your effort.

International Nurses day. Celebrating all the people I know who are or have been nurses. Keep doing the amazing job you do.

A bit late in posting but Monday was my first postnatal fitness class at The Nest, for Body to Baby. What an amazing first class, a killer lower body workout. The words Sorry for tomorrow had to be said. If you are interested please contact Body to Baby to enquire or book.

As the weather improves, (fingers crossed warmer weather is on its way), why not contact me about outdoor group or individual personal training sessions. I'm qualified in pre and post natal fitness as well as health referral.

Today's trial class, Postnatal fitness for Body to Baby @ The Nest was amazing. I was very nervous but all the mums were brilliant. I have been welcomed into the family there and will be teaching 10-11am on Monday's from 25th April.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY, to all those special people in your life. They may not be your biological mum, but they are like a mum to you. Also to the Dad's having to be mum's. Enjoy your day x
