Excel Gems Netball Club

An amazing game on Monday. Last time we met we lost by 11 goals. This time a draw despite being 2 up most of the game. But we will take the draw, teams Ave age must be 16yrs, playing a team Ave age 40yrs. With so much more experience, Gems really rose to the challenge. What a game. 8 goals down at half time. The second half the girls turned it up a notch and pulled back to even score. The last 5 minutes it was goal for goal. Full time 29-29. Such a good game. Excel Gems well done team. Outstanding game. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

First game back for Excel youth squad. Division 1, Stevenage indoor league against Hatfield Robins and we took the win 28-23. High standard game, strongly contested. Well done team, it is so lovely to watch.

Final game for the season HDNL last night and finished with a bang 💥 60minute game, nearly 1 goal per minute! 59-28 Although just 7 from the squad available to play, this season has been a real team effort. Last nights game means the team have only lost two games, both to the same team, Swan. The second time just by 1 goal!!
