Yes it is about training and working towards a goal you desire but it is also about creating a healthy relationship with food and making you feel better in your mental and physical health!

I don’t want you to give up the things you love to eat and do I want us to create new habits that will give you the best out of life !! We will work hard but we will play hard too 😍 because that’s what life is for… living baby 🌍
