Fancy some easy going Tri fun and practice???
Every year we also put on a twice monthly event called Swim Bike Run Local Hitchin. We have a separate FB page for it too. Based in Hitchin.
It’s open to both children and adults alike.
The children are all off road utilising Butts Close, and the adults get to cycle on road and use the fields outer and inner path for the run element.

4 events! 2 for the adults and 2 for the children, all with separate awards!
T-shirts now included in the price along with medals and awards of course!
Chip timing standard.
Children’s event and on the day race pack pick ups now moved to 7am and on butts close with one transition only for them. Adults can pick up race packs and bike drop overnight on the Saturday too.
And many more enhancements coming this way!

Good morning Tri people from 2025!
Next years event we’re going to make a few additions that are always learnt from every event.
2026 will see ALL participants receive an event top.
The introduction of the Nano (kids 7-10) to go alongside the Atom (kids 11-14) to ensure they are two separate events.
We are always looking to improve and enhance so that your experience will be the best it can be (this year’s very sudden hospitalisation highlighted that for me!).
Also, in the nearish future we’ll also hold a competition for helping to design the 2026 children’s Nano/Atom tops too! More to follow on that one when the time is right!
Also, entries for 2026 will be open very soon!
