Ailish first picked up a rugby ball in January 2025 and this month has absolutely locked in. She’s been focusing on her rugby skills and sprinting outside of training and consistently turning up and training hard. Her dedication has seen a step change in how she’s playing and understanding the game & has been rewarded with her first 1st XV start on Sunday. Awesome job Ailish!
