One from our annual awards evening last Saturday with James receiving Nidan and Instructor qualification, Grace and Ryan receiving shodan and Matt receiving his kata judge certificate. Next time we'll find somewhere better lit and all look at the camera.

Well done to all our competitors and judges at today's ESKA Championships. We had some great results and there was a very hig standard. Here are a couple of our medal winners!

Thank you to everyone who attended the karate / tai chi course today. We covered tai chi breathing and structure concepts that could also be applied to karate. Here's a couple of photos from the day: a group shot of everyone doing "part the wild horses mane" and then a demonstration of how strong a structure can be whilst being relaxed.
