Aah! How rewarding to be back at my AKA "Dancersize" with our super-instructor Katie & the choice of the song couldn't have been better for the contemporary routine following Yogic stretches. Dance yourself fit - no previous experience necessary - book a free trial! The Autumn Term begins tonight (12th September), with class running from 7pm to 8pm at the Baptist church on Upper Tilehouse Street, Hitchin. Class costs £6 when paying half termly (6 weeks), or £7 PAYG. Enjoy a mix of dance styles, ranging from contemporary to street!
