With temperatures rising across the UK, here are a few simple ways to stay safe and comfortable during the heatwave:
๐ง Stay hydrated โ Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you donโt feel thirsty.
๐ Keep cool indoors โ Close curtains during peak sun hours and open windows when itโs cooler.
