It is with a very heavy heart that I announce I will not be returning to work after the birth of my son this year!
I am in a very fortunate position where I have don’t have the necessity to return to work and can focus on being a stay at home mum and raising my son 🩵
I want to thank all of my clients who have supported me over the years and helped me build my business into the success it was. I have absolutely loved the last 5 years of creating new friends and helping people fall in love with exercise and making themselves healthier and happier.
It’s sad that this chapter of my life is closing but I am absolutely loving being a mum and feel so fortunate I get to spend everyday with him.
Again thank you all so much, I hope to see you all in the gym still and will still always answer any questions or queries you may have. I hope to return eventually once he is in school but obviously this won’t be for a few years.

✨Karen’s amazing back transformation✨
As promised here is the fantastic photos of how Karen has transformed her body so she feels more comfortable and happy in herself!
Our main focus was never actually aesthetics, it was more about rehabbing some injuries and improving things mentally but amongst that came a huge change in Karen’s shape. Her waist is visibly smaller, shoulders and back are more muscular and she now has a lovely canvas to show off her tattoos 👀

✨ A different kind of transformation ✨
4 years since my firm epilepsy diagnosis and correct medication 🙌🏻
November is also epilepsy awareness month 💜
This is my reason why. It will always be my reason why. For me fitness wasn’t about transforming my body it was more about transforming my health and wellbeing. I was stuck is viscously negative cycles, completely losing myself and I was really unwell. With a combination of anti seizure medication and a change in lifestyle in the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been.
It’s easy to get caught up in body transformations and 12 week programs but long lasting results do more than just make you look good, they make you feel good, improve your health and contribute to lowering the chances of you developing illnesses.
I love helping people discover their reason why and giving them a new lease of life because that is what this should all be about 🫶

✨Your ‘dream’ body should not be hard to maintain✨
And if it is, then you may need to reassess your goals and what you want out of your fitness or wellness journey.
In a world of fitness influencers and diet culture it can be very hard to stop comparing yourself to what other people look like or what other people are doing but we are all individuals with different day to day routines, health and lifestyles.
Your diet and exercise plan should complement your life not inhibit or control it.
