Well done to George for taking part in his very first fight at Southend combat academy interclub today. It was a no decision fight just to gain experience . Big step to get in that ring for the first time and experience the adrenaline and hype that it brings. Lots to learn and work on from here. 💫👍🏻

Our very own Jake Medland is fighting tomorrow night at the UWC at Clements Hall, Hawkwell.
He made the weight this morning and is raring to go! He'll be fighting MMA.

Great early morning class this morning at the Westerings primary academy. Such a lovely bunch of little kids.
I'm so proud of Mya who comes with me as my assistant instructor. She's always so encouraging, lovely and helpful and all the little kids seem to love her. We make a great team.

Providing these kids with fitness, flexibility, confidence, resilience, fighting spirit, positivity, stress relief, discipline, fun and most importantly the knowledge to defend themselves in the unfortunate event of an attack.

So proud to show off my students today at Westerings primary school fete.
We all had a great time. Really enjoy teaching the before school club at this school. Hope we managed to inspire a few more people to start this amazing sport.
