Your dedication, hard work and quiet determination have never gone unnoticed. You’ve grown into someone who not only achieves, but leads, inspires and lifts everyone around you. It’s been such an honour to grow alongside you, to represent our country together, to celebrate the highs and push through the tough moments side by side.

You’ve always been more than just a gymnast in the room, you’ve been a friend, a role model, and the kind of mini assistant who brings warmth and energy wherever you go. That smile of yours has carried more people than you probably realise, myself included.

Watching you step into your next chapter is equal parts emotional and exciting. Bigger things are waiting for you, and they don’t stand a chance. Although we are incredibly sad to see you go.. You’re going to smash them.

Take every lesson, every memory, every moment of resilience with you. They’ve shaped you into someone truly special, and there’s so much more ahead for you.

My Girlies!!! From ages 6 to 16 and myself 17 to 25… and somehow we’re still here, still together, still laughing until we can’t breathe 🤍

What started as a group of tiny recreational gymnasts has grown into something so much bigger. We’ve grown up side by side, through school & exams, heartbreaks, wins, losses, costume malfunctions and last minute routine changes. Now we’re not just representing our club and our country… we’re representing TMDA, my own dance school. That still feels surreal I even made it here and I’m beyond grateful for where it all began🥹

Watching you all evolve from tiny humans with big dreams into the strong, talented, hilarious young women you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. We’ve built more than routines! We’ve built trust, resilience, loyalty and friendships that have stood the test of time.

The relationships young people form in spaces like this matter more than people realise. They shape confidence. They create belonging. They become safe places in a world that can feel overwhelming. What we’ve built together goes far beyond medals and performances.

So proud of us. So grateful for the time and effort of the families standing behind these girls day in and day out. So thankful for my managers for believing I was up to the task and to my family for always spurring me on. And honestly… we’re just getting started 💃🏼
