WHAT IS ((BOUNCE))BREATHE?
Our mindfulness and music-therapy fitness class focuses on aligning physical health and mental wellbeing in one workout. It is a ‘stretch and light movement’ class with a sound bath or relaxing meditation at the end.
First be guided through stretching and light exercise similar to basic Pilates moves encouraging flexibility and mobility from the head to toes. Programming then moves onto breathwork where techniques are taught to reduce anxiety and de-stress with the breath. The instructor will play singing bowls for vibrational sound therapy perform meditation and use calming sounds.
BREATHE classes incorporate a holistic approach to wellness, this class type is perfect for those who wish to improve mental health, calm the nervous system and prioritise emotional balance.
