After years of holidays, making friends and memories I lived and worked there for two summers

Coming home from New Zealand to stand beside my best friend on her wedding day 💜

Getting engaged by my favourite spot in the world

The most perfect wedding in the most perfect place ✌️💜🤘

The first time showing my baby my second home
..and visiting Lily at Vida Boa Lodge for the first time (and when Lennon tried to push her in her pool 😅)

As soon as I started working in the fitness industry, I knew I wanted to run a retreat one day.

I knew it would be in Luz.

What I didn't know was whether I could actually do it.

It might just look like a fun fitness holiday, but to me, this place is everything... and I can't WAIT to share it with you all 🫶
